Production Description:
Cape Golden oxygen making and filling machine, an independent and self-serviced 93% or 99.6% oxygen generation and storage center. You can fill your own cylinders. The system is an ideal choice if you are in area poorly served by traditional gas supply; it overcomes the limits of distance and location.
The capacity of the system is based on required numbers of high pressure cylinders; it is available for the system to fill standardized 6m3 (40L @ 150Bar) oxygen cylinders working in 24 hours per day.
Oxygen cylinder filling
An optional oil-free booster and filling ramp can be fitted to the Oxygen Plant to fill cylinders up to 200 bar. These cylinders can be distributed in the hospital or can be fitted to a manifold system as back-up in case of power failure.
The small oxygen generator is special design for small hospital which the paitients beds are less than 100pcs.The integrated small oxygen generator for filling cylinders don't need any installtion and commission , giving it power , it will work atuomatically.

Work Principle
Oxygen production and cylinder filling system uses oxygen generator to produce high-purity oxygen directly from compressed air on site. The pressure of oxygen bottle filling after pressurization can reach 150Bar, realizing continuous production and filling of oxygen. The whole system is mainly composed of air compressor, air post-treatment system, oxygen generator, oxygen supercharger, charging system and oxygen cylinder
