Production Description:

Cape Golden PSA oxygen generator machine aquires oxygen by separating oxygen directly from the atmosphere and deliver it toapplication with an oxygen generator. Only electricity is consumed, without material consumption.
oxygen generator applies PSA technology to make oxygen with purity up to 99.5%. It meets requirements for the applications such as steel cutting,medical service and so on.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 90%-99% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure, then reach to 150bar/200bar to filling cylinders with an oxygen booster.

Oxygen cylinder filling

An optional oil-free booster and filling ramp can be fitted to the Oxygen Plant to fill cylinders up to 200 bar. These cylinders can be distributed in the hospital or can be fitted to a manifold system as back-up in case of power failure.

The small oxygen generator is special design for small hospital which the paitients beds are less than 100pcs.The integrated small oxygen generator for filling cylinders don't need any installtion and commission , giving it power , it will work atuomatically.
